We had Green Services Termite and Pest Control exterminate the house we were selling as a courtesy to the buyer. Since we only saw carpenter ants in our new place, we had them do a treatment for that with a 90-day guarantee. Within 90 days we saw a couple of ants, and Green Services Termite and Pest Control came back and sprayed again. So far all is well. I would recommend them to anyone.
